Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience with a cloud provider, deep knowledge of Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Datadog. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. The successful candidate will work closely with software developers, infrastructure engineers, and operations teams to design and implement solutions that meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities
– Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using a cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
– Deploy, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and related tools such as Istio, Helm, and Prometheus
– Develop and maintain infrastructure automation tools using Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies
– Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
– Collaborate with software developers to build and deploy applications to the cloud
– Participate in the on-call rotation and troubleshoot production issues
– Maintain and improve system security through regular audits and proactive measures

Requirements
– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
– 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field
– Experience with a cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
– Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and related tools such as Istio, Helm, and Prometheus
– Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies
– Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
– Strong scripting skills in one or more languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
