We need you to take on project management in the development of our igaming product, the ongoing improvement of existing components of the IT infrastructure, implementation of information security requirements, and related management processes. 

As part of this position, it is necessary to plan and coordinate the tasks of our dev teams, create/optimize IT infrastructure management processes, monitor project progress, take timely measures to eliminate problems and risks, and ensure communication with related teams/contractors. 

If you are a meticulous project and process manager, passionate about your work, with strong technical background, not afraid to dive deep into technical details and speak with developers, testers, analysts etc in their language, we want you on our team!

What you will do:

• Development of project plans
• Deriving tasks from projects plans and assigning them to the team
• Prioritizing and monitoring the implementation of project tasks
• Management of internal and external communications in the project
• Preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports
• Project risk management
• Monitoring the operation and efficiency of IT infrastructure management processes.
• Suggest ideas worth impleneting to improve overall company efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma with a specialization in IT (or strong technical background)
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management;
• Experience in managing dev teams of 4-6 developers;
• Knowledge of the principles of project planning (personnel, risks, project resources)
• Be result-oriented and business-oriented
• Ability to effectively organize your time and work at a high pace
• Independence
• English - mostly in writing, (Jira stack is managed in English), but also orally 

Bonus

• General knowledge of leading blockchains and crypto wallets
• Understanding of the principles of building IT systems
• Understanding of the life cycle phases in software developmet
