We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to support our international store customers in all questions regarding ordering and processing. If you enjoy communicating with customers, are very committed, have negotiating skills, organizational ability and independence, and are also a real language talent, we look forward to receiving your application! Duration: full-time, but part-time models also possible

What You bring along
- You have an interest in art and furnishings and are happy to advise customers with your good taste
- You are the single-point of contact for our German and international customers
- You enjoy dealing with people and giving advice
- You are very reliable, well organized and like to work independently
- You have good computer skills, are eloquent and service-oriented
- You have real negotiating skills and know how to defuse conflicts quickly
- You are enthusiastic and a team player
- You are able to advise customers in English and another language with the help of translator and respond to their requests
- You ideally have already experiences in dealing with customers

What You can expect
- You will support our customers by phone, e-mail and chat in English as well as in other languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Swedish, Portuguese or Dutch) with the Help of translator.
- You take care of the processing of customer orders and possible complaints
- You will process incoming returns and take care of their reversal
- Support with the translation of texts
