Условия работы
The responsibilities of the Launch Manager cover the following areas:
- Launch management of new products & services, as well as new versions of products & services and any kind of update
- End of sales and End of Life process management
- Special cross-function projects management (ad-hoc)
Including the following activities:
- Define, manage, document and communicate all elements of the product launch process including scope, supporting deliverables, timelines, development and execution of go-to-market plans and internal organizational readiness
- Define list of cross-function team& stakeholders required to execute launch plan
- Track plan execution across teams & regions, report results, issues, and possible risks
- Coordinate with the team & stakeholders to gain buy-in on launch dates
- Conduct post launch reviews and retrospectives
- Develop and improve the definition of launch process
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in business or operations - or relevant work experience.
- Project and/or process management or marketing operations experience is required;
- Strong analytical skills and advanced project management tools skills;
- Experience working in a demanding international environment;
- Consultative skills and the ability to prioritise;
- Proven ability to communicate to all levels within the organization;
- Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy;
- Ability to work independently and successfully execute complex assignments in a dynamic international environment with minimal guidance.
- Fluent English, excellent communication skills and an open communication style, team player, ability to learn, organizational skills, result orientation, presentation skills.
