Frontend Developer (React)

Your mission:

Spearhead the frontend development by building an elegant user interface that solves main user pain points and in 6 months lead the growth and recruiting of the new frontend team that will be built around you.

Outcomes:

1. Analyze the current product state, review documentation and create a completion plan.
2. Together with the QA Engineer look to identify and solve existing and future issues.
3. Stay tuned to user feedback to look for ways to optimize the interface.
4. Together with the team brainstorm and suggest ideas to make the product more helpful for our customers.
5. After 6 months look to lead, recruit (together with CEO) and organize the future frontend team and department.

Post-hiring plan:

1. Week 1-2: team and product onboarding.
2. Week 2 - Month 2: finalize the alpha release.
3. Month 3: Alpha release.
4. Month 3-4: Adjust the product based on alpha user feedback and implement new features.
5. Month 5: Beta release.
6. Month 5-6: Adjust the product based on alpha user feedback and implement new features.
7. Month 7: Version 1 release. Work on growing the frontend team.

Work hours

We don’t have required work hours but we ask that all team members remain online and working during the period of 8am-11am New York time (EST).
