Team Lead (Ruby on Rails)

Currently, we are looking for a Back-End Team Leader for our team.

You will get a chance to bring your team and a project to success.

You will be responsible for:

• Team leadership: meetings and stand-ups facilitation, provide code review process, allocate development resources, mentoring newcomers, and bringing best practices to the development workflow.
• Taking a part in a development process as a Senior developer.
• Taking a part in grooming sessions and retros with foreign customers.
• People management: hiring staff, mentoring, 1-1 meetings, creating PDP .

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Team leadership 1 year +.
• Strong people management skills.
• Technical background with Ruby/Ruby-on-Rails.
• Familiar with web development.
• English skills min. B1 + and above. Part of the interview will be provided in English.
• Deep understanding of the Agile approach.
• You know the ins- and outs- of effective CI and CD (e.g builds, pipelines, branching strategy) processes in a modular, decomposed architecture;
• You have hands-on experience with building systems like Jenkins is a plus;
• You have experience in working with Docker & Kubernetes and Linux.
