Working conditions:
• the company hires people not for the project, but for one of its companies - part of the global network. If the project is over or you are not comfortable working in it, you can discuss the transition to another project with the managers.
• The company has a flexible working schedule.
• The amount of compensation is discussed individually with each candidate. If you subsequently feel that the time has come to reconsider the amount of compensation, you can present arguments for increasing it at any time
There are several areas and vacancies: fintech, retail, tourism, food companies, etc.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as a business analyst
- Basic theoretical knowledge of business analysis and requirements management
- Skills in analyzing and documenting requirements, requirements management, and modeling
- Skills in managing requirements throughout the project, knowledge of the main models of the project’s life cycle
- Spoken English
