Frontend Developer

BEQUANT is seeking a Frontend Developer to join the team, working either remotely or from our offices in Malta or London. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Commercial experience with Vue or any similar front-end JavaScript framework (we use Vue)
• Build and architect web applications using internally built APIs or 3rd party RESTful APIs
• Develop a responsive frontend built with modern CSS techniques and animation
• Interact directly with the design team to create solutions to complex problems
  
• Highly experienced in building HTML 5, CSS3, fully responsive websites
• Experience in utilising REST style web services and APIs
• Strong understanding of backend development fundamentals
• Comfortable with MongoDB, MySQL and Redis
• Containerisation, ideally Docker
• Familiar with Linux production environments and basic proficiency with key cloud providers including AWS and Google Cloud
