Python Lead developer

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead one of our Python Team
• Mentor middle level team members and build your people into excellent engineers
• Collaborate with management and team to make the project team perform in the best way
• Gain a deep understanding of our team culture and development process
• Participate in code reviews, listening to feedback while sharing your knowledge with other members of the team
• Deploy testable code with performance, maintainability, and scale in mind
• Take responsibility for the planning, development and deployments of the products under your purview
• Lead the technical architecture of your product suite with support from the CTO
• Ensure high code quality standards and rigorous processes are followed
• Participate in the active coding
• Report current status, estimates to PMs

Our Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development (developing commercial code in Python)
• University Degree in Computer Related or equivalent experience
• Team leadership experience 1+ year
• Strong understanding of the software design/architecture process
• Experience with Flask, SQLAlchemy, RabbitMQ/NATS, NoSQL/RDBMS databases, Kubernetes
• Tends to engineering excellence and getting things done
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to write and read tech documentation
• You must be fluent in Russian and have upper intermediate English language skills
