Head of Growth/Product Marketing/Project Lead

We are hiring a project lead with a growth mindset to implement the go-to-market strategies and product adoption utilizing existing and developing new channels. This position assumes the combination of your experiences in a few areas including project management, product marketing and growth hacking. First of all, this role assumes you to be a “watchdog” for the whole process and full supervision on the market side. 

Areas of responsibilities: 

In this role you will be leading the execution of all campaigns, tracking, analysing and reporting the performance, that covers: 

• Content market strategy 
• Competitive research
• User engagement and cross-channel acquisition 
• Customer satisfaction
• Product feedback strategy 
• Channel development 
• Project management 
• Lead generation

• 3-5 years of product marketing from A to Z tracking record 
• Empathy for the client/user experience 
• CRO approach with relevant planning
