Who we are

Attention prediction platform, which uses AI to create eye-tracking heatmaps without the need for participants
Our platform uses a highly scalable stack based on kubernetes. It's built mainly with Symfony 5 and Vue.js. Our API uses Symfony and frontend (GUI) uses Vue.js. In turn, our api talks to our Tensorflow servers to process the heatmaps via RabbitMQ.

Responsibilities

While we are flexible when it comes to responsibilities and work stream, there are a couple of things you'll be working on. You'll be:

  • Joining our development team, actively working on the various sprints as defined in our roadmap
  • Working on new features from day one, working on back-end functionality and implementing this in our API’s
  • Actively monitoring and improving stability and performance of our full tech stack, including Kubernetes and GCE
  • Working with our AI engineers on building potential new neural nets which will become available in our platform
  • Balancing rapid prototyping with production-grade code, and as an early employee, you’ll be refining best practices.

Requirements

  • You are highly experienced with modern back-end frameworks like PostgreSQL, Symfony 4+ or Laravel 5+.
  • You are experienced with the following tools and/or platforms:  Git, Kubernetes, Redis, Docker, Linux. You have also worked with Jira and the Google Cloud Platform before. 
  • You are a self steering developer who does not need any guidance to get the job done.
  • You have a self starter mentality with a can do attitude, you pay attention to detail and are eager to work with state of the art technology.
  • You are a fast learner who is also passionate about learning and assessing how to apply your theoretical knowledge in a dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced environment
  • You love building software, demonstrated through interesting side projects, open source contributions, or other involvement in the tech community.
  • You tackle problems and overcome obstacles and challenges. You get stuff done. We live in a quickly changing environment.
