Senior Software Engineering Manager

You Will

• Manage 1-2 engineering groups in Russia/Eastern Europe (~ 6 people each)
• Recruit, hire, scale, and develop an amazing team of engineers
• Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions for an emerging business
• Iterate rapidly on architecture, features, tooling, and processes as we launch new products and iterate on existing ones
• Design, build, and maintain existing/new functionality of SupplyShift's SaaS platform
• Work closely with our product teams in US on a daily basis (strong english skills)
• Encourage a healthy work environment that’s both supportive and challenging

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• 4+ years of management experience and 8+ years of software engineering experience
• The ability to work well cross-functionally, and are able to think rigorously and make hard decisions and tradeoffs
• The ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
• The desire to encourage a healthy work environment that’s both supportive and challenging
• Technical know-how to facilitate good architectural and product decisions by the team
• Clear and persuasive in writing and in person
