For a company in Berlin, we are looking for a Remote Data scientist expert for projects in the field of IoT or Bluetooth solutions. Fully remote.

Do you have:
• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist, statistician, or similar
• Ability to explain stuff both in mathematics and in plain language
• Knowledge of Python, R, Machine Learning, Deep Learning
• Computer Vision skills
• Fluent English

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will build and maintain cool data science projects as a Senior Data Scientist. You will help with the formulation of the business problems and provide efficient solutions.

You will directly report to the Data Science team lead, and you will act as the main point of contact for everything about data and development of models.

DAY TO DAY TASKS
Brainstorming, problem solving, number crunching
Data analysis, statistics, build and test Machine Learning models
Document and communicate the problem, the solution, the progress
Define and continuously optimize your models using KPIs
Be a key member of the Data Science department and help grow it
Help build, mentor, and lead a team of junior data scientists

5+ years of experience as a data scientist, statistician or similar
Love for simple and rock-solid code, data, and research
Ability to explain stuff both in mathematics and in plain language
Strong results-driven work style with a can-do attitude
Proven Python, R, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision skills
A pocket full of extra exciting skills from app-building to hacking
