Sr. Software Engineer

Together with our partner - Odysseus Company, we are looking for Sr. Software Engineer. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cutting-edge HealthCare Analytics distributed solutions in the Real-World Evidence (RWE) area, utilized by the researchers in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Payer industries. Odysseus is looking for a self-driven individual who can hit the ground running, quick learner and wants to be a part of our dynamic global team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop complex, distributed, modular applications in a multi-tiered environment using the following core technologies:
• Java and Apache frameworks e.g. Spring / Hibernate
• Web frameworks React + Redux + Reselect, D3.js, AngularJS.
• PostgreSQL or similar database, advanced database design, stored procedures, SQL.
• Web Services – REST, JSON
• Big Data platforms (AWS RedShift, Google BigQuery, Cloudera Impala).
• NoSQL data stores and search engines (SOLR, ElasticSearch, MongoDb).
