Product Support / Business Analyst

BnBerry is a travel tech company building innovative tools and products for the Hospitality industry. 

BnBerry tools and services are used by hotels to connect to hospitality marketplaces, manage inventory distribution, bookings, revenue and customer experience. Our portfolio includes top international hotels and resorts as well as independent and franchised hotels. 

We are now expanding our team to support our growth and are looking for an experienced Product Support / Business Analyst to manage the support process for our applications and get involved in a new initiatives as a BA.

Most communication within the team is in Russian, however you should be able to understand and express yourself in English.

Responsibilities

1. Manage support tickets created by stakeholders and users, initial analysis and prioritization
2. Validate, prioritize, and own the support backlog based on multiple stakeholders inputs (bug or feature?)
3. Communicate with engineers, POs, PdM, stakeholders on a support requests validation and resolution
4. Act as a BA in a new initiatives: requirements specifications, user stories, and user acceptance criteria
5. Participate in Scrum ceremonies
6. Monitor and report product support progress

Requirements: 

1. Experience in roles Product / Technical /Application support, Business Analyst or similar
2. Good analytical skills, good understanding and practical experience in issue investigation and troubleshooting
3. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere with multiple and changing priorities and responsibilities
4. Patience to work through complex issues
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Understanding of product development lifecycle
7. Experience with SQL
8. Understanding principles of integration API
9. Ability to adjust to working in different time zones
10. Upper intermediate English
11. Experience with the Atlassian stack

Would be a plus:

1. basic php understanding
