Director of Data Team

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate across marketing, product, account, integration, business development teams to drive evolution of Xsolla’s data solutions
• Work closely with Directors of Products, Product Manages, BD Lead, Marketing Lead to be aligned with market and stakeholders expectations
• Keep data team vision and strategy updated quarterly
• Help predict and track industry trends of data management strategies
• Help existing solutions and products to keep target YoY growth
• Be focused on any insights to keep target YoY growth
• Help build and expand mobile product teams by defining required roles and responsibilities for new hires
• Create technical solutions to manage financial expectations of new and existing solutions
• Be a data evangelist for everyone in the company
• Help the company to introduce and advertise solutions with industrial events

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Work experience of 3+ years in the games or e-commerce industry
• Experience in working with product analytics as part of a team or leadership team managing product analytics
• Experience in liveops of DWH
• Experiences in building and maintaining data-informed hypothesis pipelines
• Understanding of FinTech, Game Tech Analytics, KPIs & forecasting
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing, and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate within all levels of the company
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment and prioritize assignments and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
• Forward thinking and taking the initiative to anticipate the needs of department/team
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Maintain confidentiality
