Project Manager

Paxful is searching for a Software Engineering Project Manager to join our Engineering Team.  This role will help drive internal and external software development initiatives and projects. You will be based out of Saint-Petersburg, Moscow or Remote in Russia  and report to our VP of Engineering

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:

• Manage internal and external software development initiatives and projects including analysis of requirements and scope, evaluating technical solutions and driving execution
• Track milestones / status of engineering initiatives and projects, manage risks, provide status reporting to involved team members and management team
• Help introduce internal engineering process improvement (engineering operational initiatives, interactions with other departments, etc.)
• Work with BI data, help build engineering operational reports and dashboards

The most important skill and capabilities for this role are: 

• Past experience in software development, quality assurance, managing software requirements or similar
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and how software is built
• 3+ years work experience in managing software development projects
• Experience with project management tools would is desirable
• Advanced English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Docs or equivalents tools
• Experience working with BI tools to work with data and reporting would be a plus
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills, effective communication 
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment

Target Experience: 

• Technical University degree or equivalent
• 3yrs + of experience in managing software development projects
