Scrum Master

• We are looking for Scrum Master for L1 SW team, St. Petersburg. Team is involved to SW development (С++) for 5G Base Station as part of international team

Role & Responsibility

• Facilitate the work of the team or group of teams
• Gate keeper for the Scrum Framework, facilitating Scrum events as needed
• Acts as the Agile coach for the Agile team, educating it in Agile practices
• Provides guidance to assist the teams in constantly improving the quality of their deliverables and meeting the Definition of Done (DoD)
• Ensure DoD compliance with global standards and continuously improve the coverage
• Support Product Owner ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the team as well as possible
• Remove impediments in team
• Manages team level execution risks
• Support team members with coaching in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Facilitate continuous improvements via retrospectives
• Strengthen engineering practices and quality focus, works on quality aspects of a team with Quality Manager

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Relevant 4+ years’ experience
• Fluent Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools usage (JIRA, confluence, etc.)
• Strong quality and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent facilitation, coordination and communication skills
• Good technical English
• Good technical background, understanding of SW development process life-cycle
• Self-motivated, self-learning and readiness for new challenges
• Ideally you have the basic knowledge of telecommunications
