We are on the lookout for an extraordinary  Lead Product Manager for Amity Social Cloud (ASC).  If you have a passion for helping people fulfill their potential and thrive off building great global products, you could join our Product, Design and Engineering hub in Bangkok! ASC is our flagship product  and our client list is growing. Under this period of growth, in this role, you can expect to lead a team through the product development cycle to meet the company's vision and product strategy. That means taking full responsibility and ownership around problem solving, project management, and communicating across a highly cross-functional stakeholder base.

About the role

This Lead Project Role is embedded right across the company. You will work closely with leaders from Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Design and Business Development. With a full 360 view of the business, you will be expected to strategically influence the product roadmap and ensure your team has the resources they need to be successful. This role is all about breaking down a problem and scoping solutions with a business mindset . So, if you're ready to roll up your sleeves, are passionate about building teams and products at a global scale, including the operational processes, then we would love to hear from you.

About the team

We are a small team of  5 talented Product Managers  bringing Product ideas alive. The world is moving fast so our culture empowers ownership and freedom with responsibility. That is the environment that enables you to do what you think is right - and quickly. Our Product Managers move fast, fail, learn, and pivot. We do not mind a strong debate that is backed with data and feedback.

Being a product-centric organization, our team works cross-functionally to build products from conception to launch by bringing together engineering and business worlds. All Product Managers work closely with executive leadership and have high visibility among the C-suite. You will have a direct impact on Amity Social Cloud's Product growth and strategy.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Contribute and execute the product vision, strategy and user experience across Amity Social Cloud product lines.
• Experiment, test and optimize to build a delightful, frictionless and tailored end-to-end experience.
• Establish a shared vision across the company and driving toward product execution.
• Lead the cross-functional teams in your group across a wide portfolio of product initiatives - in close partnership with engineering, design and business teams - to create and ship delightful products that help people work better together.
• Manage and grow a team of talented PM leaders and develop them into the next set of Amity's product leadership.
• Work closely with our users, research, and customer success to deeply understand and address user needs.
• Partner with Marketing ensures the world is excited to take advantage of everything your team is building.
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends and emerging issues in the Social Communities and engagement products and design process or product solutions.

Your ideal profile

• 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Strategic planning at a large scale consumer-facing brand with a diverse portfolio.
• Product management role, creating best-in-class customer experiences.
• B2B2C  enterprise software experience is highly desired.
• Passion for operational excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated bias for action and results, with strengths in problem solving and issue-resolution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work with senior executives across various geographies.
• Ability to influence with cross-functional collaboration skills; you're able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts.
• Exceptional people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive product development teams.

This is a full time position under permanent exmployment contract.

In a long term, the employee has to commit to relocate to our HQ in Bangkok, Thailand. However, we are also able to provide withand support a remote working set up for the next 6-9 months.
