User Intelligence & Analytics Lead

You will

• design and implement procedures to support our user base
• conduct in-product user research to fuel engineering & product teams with insights
• provide support and guidelines along customers journeys, ensure customer satisfaction
• do root cause analysis of credit risk events to increase conversion
• build source-of-truth dashboards to keep team fingers on the pulse
• contribute to risk management policies

You got/can

• BA or soon-to-BA in engineering, statistics, physics, math, economics, or similar from a top university
• break complex problems into smaller ones
• initiative, courage, and self-sufficiency
• enjoy working with data and using tools such as SQL or Python
• good business English writing skills
• bonus - understanding/experience with financial services
