Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in leading development teams
• Technology stack (backend: Java/Kotlin, mobile application for iOS/ Android)
• Knowledge and understanding of best practices in software development process (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to focus on business value
• Advanced English

Will be plus:

• Experience in startup, b2c product company

Responsibilities:

• Lead development team
• Planning and assess tasks for team members
• Coordinate with other teams (BI/BA, DevOps, UI/UX)
