Technical Lead

Successful and growing SaaS company is looking for an experienced backend Technical Lead.

As Technical Lead you will bring your in-depth knowledge of managing cross functional teams as well as provide technical leadership to backend development team, taking full ownership of planning, reviews and development of the existing products. 

• Do you have experience with Microservices / AWS / Kubernetes / Typescript / Laravel / Devops?
• Do you have 3+ years experience as a Technical Lead ?
• Do you have experience of full development life cycle?
• Are you comfortable with spending 30% of your time on Management and 70% Hands on?
• Do you have excellent prioritisation, problem solving and communication skills?
• Can you distil problems to the root cause?

• Working closely with CTO and stakeholders
• Planning
• Managing / working with the development team (Web + Android + iOS)
• Code reviews
• Architecture
• Working with infrastructure

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a technical lead
• Experience with B2B products on web and mobile app in a SaaS 
• Experience of full development life cycle
• Logical / Physical Data modelling
• In-depth knowledge of diverse and emerging technologies and new architectural concepts and principles
• In-depth understanding of concepts of microservice architecture, API and event-driven architecture and serverless
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions that leverage native and vendor cloud services on AWS platform
• Hands-on designing solutions that use complex service orchestration that leverages container management and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent written and spoken English, communication, and leadership skills
