Your role:
As a React Frontend Engineer, you will be part of our Automate team, a multidisciplinary and specialized product team focused on building a new product. You’ll be given the freedom to explore, design and build client-side applications in an environment that rewards quality-oriented work, transparency and creativity. Your primary responsibility will be the planning, development and maintenance of our modern application.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop new features using TypeScript and React mostly independently
- Identify and independently fix bugs that may occur
- Collaborate on creating new components following the approved architecture in cooperation with the team
- Collaborate on making our codebase easier to read and understand, and architecture more resilient
- Review PRs of the peers regularly
- Actively participate in our weekly tech discussions, provide suggestions and execute some of them, brainstorm for possible tech solutions
- Occasionally mentor more junior members of the team
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a Frontend developer
- At least 1 year of production React experience (hooks are a must)
- Excellent knowledge of modern JS, HTML, and CSS and is able to apply this knowledge in the day-to-day tasks
- TypeScript knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience with team collaboration tools: VCS (such as git), task management system, GitHub PR flow, slack/mail
- Experience in Unit and UI testing, willing to learn testing and apply it on a daily basis
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Analytical mindset and desire to grow technically and professionally
