Business System Analyst (Payment Systems CY)

We are looking for a Business System Analyst to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will have anthe opportunity to work in a highly professional and challenging working environment.

What you will do:

As a part of a cross-functional development team, you will participate in integration of new and support existing payment solutions for various countries. On a daily basis you will analyze API documentation by local payment providers, prepare different types of internal documentation for the development team (Developers/QA/DevOps/Designer), analyze business and technical problems, find options to enhance existing services. Provide support at all stages of payment method development beginning from business needs to the post-deployment phase. Conduct brainstorming and backlog grooming meetings. Communicate with stakeholders and external vendors in order to answer the team's questions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new payment methods and enhancements to existing payment methods

• Working with the Development team, Operations team, and the Business to ensure all documents are fully understood to be converted into the desired code/systems/technology. In parallel, supporting all preparation for User testing, change management, go-live and post-implementation

• Requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, management, and prioritization

• Produce and maintain software documentation including business processes, requirement specifications, and documentation for the Support team

• User acceptance testing

• Analysis of risks and causes of errors in the development of systems

• Working with business metrics in order to identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvement

• Forming effective working relationships with payment providers and merchants.

• Analysis of market and competitors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• 2 years of IT experience as a Business/System analyst (FinTech industry is preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in design and development of software documentation (API specifications)
• Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX
• Good knowledge of RESTful API and integrations
