Having said that, we are excited to welcome a new Support Engineer/ L2 Support manager whose professionalism and creativity will strengthen our team and continue evolving within our company.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or similar roles
- Good technical background
- Knowledge in blockchain & crypto
- Fluency in spoken and written English/Russian
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products
- Strong client-facing and peer to peer communication skills
- Ability to quickly and independently learn a software product
- Ability to communicate sophisticated concepts using simple language
- Ability to resolve conflicts or say no while maintaining a great relationship with a customer
- Superior attention to detail
- Aptitude for multitasking
- Ability to work productively without supervision
