Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (B2B)

We are looking for a senior professional, open-minded, proactive team player for the Business Intelligence (BI) Services Department. The person will be a part of B2B BI Team (Corporate Intelligence) and should have strong analytical and communicational skills, strategic business vision and fluent English. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will provide comprehensive analysis of information with actionable insights to improve and optimize decisions and performance all around B2B sales to business.

Areas of responsibilities:

• Internal B2B sales analysis & business intelligence, with a focus on SMB sales analysis, such as product analysis, customer analysis, RFY (Reach, Frequency, Yield) analysis, EU Discount & Partner Discount Analysis, Renewal Rate analysis
• Business Cases calculations with recommendations, which aim to ensure stakeholders have all necessary information to make data driven decision
• Promotion activities analysis, including internal promo process improvement & promo dashboard building
• B2B pricing analysis, including competitors’ benchmarking
• Engagement in Strategic Planning Process in terms of B2B Products’ sales estimations

Key activities:

• Engaged in building up the culture of data driven business-decision in terms of corporate sales
• Delivery of timely, accurate analysis & business intelligence, enriched with key takeaways and recommendations. Translating raw data into valuable and actionable business insights
• Reporting development and improvement, new process driving and maintenance
• Collaboration with the colleagues across the business and manage communications to stakeholders regarding strategic and tactical business initiatives
• Analyze market trends, incorporating key insights from a variety of sources, to provide fact-based recommendations
• Reconcile data between internal systems, collaborate with Technical BI Team to develop dashboards that will provide analysis of sales trends, alerts and points of growth
• Ad-hoc or special business intel investigation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (or higher) in finance or economics
• 3+ year experience in sales/finance/business analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including knowledge of modeling in Power Pivot (DAX Functions), Power BI & SQL knowledge is a an advantage
• Fluent English, both oral and written
• Profile: business strategical vision, strong analytical and communicational skills, both written and oral, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels and ability to work in uncertain environment. Creative thinking and ability to solve non-routine tasks, ability to operate independently.
