QA Team Lead (Remote, Full-time)

Our internal and external clients are located in more than 14 countries (Hungary, Kazakhstan, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Turkey, etc.) and have more than 5400 users of our services. 

About our infrastructure. When launching new solutions, we give priority to cloud technologies: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.  

Professional Skills 

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing (web, mobile, API, desktop); 
• 2+ years as a QA Lead/Manager (5+engineers, planning, scheduling workload, work evaluating); 
• Experience with interviewing, on-boarding and coaching of QA engineers; 
• Experience with leading a distributed team; 
• Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of testing; 

• Experience in manual and automation testing; 
• Experience in performance testing of high loaded systems; 
• Experience with Agile methodologies; 

Responsibilities 

• Build and lead QA team; 
• Developing and improving of testing processes, standardization of repetitive processes; 
• Planning, monitoring and control testing process on different projects; 
• Selecting and implementation of testing tools; 

• Partner with team leads, product managers, and business stakeholders to solve business problems. This is typically accomplished by understanding business needs
