QA Lead

Duties:

• Building an effective testing process (both automated and manual) of team services (websites, mobile applications, API)
• Leading a group of testers (2 professionals) - organization of the workflow, distribution of tasks / roles for testing, building a process of mentoring and mentoring
• Testing non-standard cases
• Test scripting
• Control of testing execution, responsibility for testing quality

Requirements:

• Experience in testing various types of IT services (high-load sites, web and mobile applications (Android, iOS), API)
• Proved experience of test team management
• Ability to identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release
• Experience with bug trackers (in particular, with Redmine)
• Automated testing of the frontend and backend
• Manual testing
• Functional, regression, integration, system, load testing
• Ability to test and find security issues is also encouraged (penetration / security testing)
• Knowledge of how cryptocurrencies work and / or experience in this area is encouraged
• Experience with Selenium is a plus
