ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute PR plan of the company

- Research and propose new PR, brand building and promotions concepts

- Content plan creation and execution

- Write and edit a variety of materials, including website content; press releases; video news release shot sheets;

- Update and maintain media profiles and contact information

- Contact media outlets to arrange interviews, appearances, and other media exposure

- Post press releases and media information to the website as appropriate

- Respond to or direct, media inquiries as appropriate, in a timely fashion

- Manage additional media or public relations functions as requested

- Proactively pursue media mentions worldwide

- Assist Covesting team members and employees as needed (content creation)

- Travel to PR events as assigned (not more than 2 per year)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) are required

- Knowlege of SMM concepts, a good understanding of Facebook, Twitter trends and features

- Proactive approach required

- Creativity, time and project management skills

- Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage change

- Proficiency using MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point) or similar software

- Proficient in English, able to write articles without proofreading preferred

- Existing tech/trading/finance/blockchain background preferred

- Existing contacts with media resources preferred
