INIST Support Specialist

Our client, one of the corporate and investment banks in Russia is extending the cash-management division. Therefore the bank is looking for experienced EBS system support specialist.

Major responsibilities:

• Technical support and administration of INIST cash-management systems;
• Technical user and clients support of INIST products;
• Close work with technical support of INIST company and international teams within the bank;
• Business analysis of existing banking processes in order to improve functionality of INIST products.

Meeting the following requirements:

• Experience in supporting cash-management systems more the 5 years
• Good knowledge in INIST products
• Strong skills in administration of Oracle, knowledge of SQL language
• Deep knowledge of banking processes, experience in working in a bank
• Skills in preparing technical tasks and documentations
• Excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Technical English
• Knowledge of Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat
• Knowledge of Microsoft IIS
• Experience of working with CryptoPRO products
