Job Description:

• The successful candidate will take an active role in the quality assurance process for the GET Caesar solution – enterprise multiproject, program and project portfolio management web based application.
• Candidate should have knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle, software testing, system integration to the customer and follow up support.

Skills Required:

• Master degree or student (related area);
• Working experience 3 years+
• German language is a must;
• Basic knowledge of web application methodologies and software developing;
• Background in software quality standards (ISO, CMM);
• Knowledge of SQL (knowledge of MS SQL preferred);
• Knowledge of software automation testing methodologies, Selenium experience is welcomed;
• Knowledge of Jira and TestLink is a plus;
• Studying and knowledge of business of customer and products - project management, project portfolio management, program management, resources management, budgeting, reporting, etc.;
• Knowledge of project and process management are welcomed;
• Good English knowledge, written and oral communication;
• Strong attention to details and we expect the high level of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities will cover all aspects of software QA engineering, including requirements and design review; test related activities estimation; test documents design and management; test execution; test automation activity.
• Full cycle of the software quality assurance:
  • Understanding of the functional requirements and specifications (documentation in English, German will be a plus);
  • Planning and reporting test activities and progress;
  • Designing and development of test documentation for functional (test cases and scenarios), usability and regression testing;
  • Test automation;
  • Reviewing and checking documentaiton deliverables - presales materials, training materials, users documentaiton, white papers, emails, etc.;
  • Participating in user interface and user experience design - feedback, quality checks, acceptance;
  • Collecting customer and user experience and issues and communicating them to product development teams;
  • Development and execution of manual and automated test scripts;
  • Assurance of the software integration, build delivery, maintenance and support process;
• Working with bug and issue tracking solution Atlassian Jira: report and reproduce bugs and issues, tracking the status, bugs verification and closure;
• Working in the international team of product development (St. Petersburg) and solution integration (consultants, Germany);
• Web application testing – business logic, usability and UI;
• Working with TestLink solution - Test management tool, test storage solution;
• Working experience with mobile platforms: Apple and Android is welcomed;
• Become a mentor for junior team members;
• Close cooperation with the technical support team (St. Petersburg) to reproduce and coordinate customer reported issues.
