Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years experience in software development
• Good understanding of software development approaches and design patterns
• Experience in Python/Django project.
• Self-Starter - Looking for candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction
• Knowledge of Open-Source technologies. Ability to find and evaluate existing solutions.
• Good English to communicate with US based managers and colleagues

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AdNetworks systems.
• Experience leading small dev. teams
• Experience in working with US based companies
