Our client is a New Zealand based IT consultancy services company. Services are provided to multiple government and private organisations. Currently the company employs 150 people, most of whom have come from abroad.
A successful candidate should be able to work with business analysts, business process owners and other technical team members for a given requirement or process. This includes taking part of the design/solution fix, soliciting feedback and documenting the information associated for support and change management purposes.
+ At least 3-5 years of IBM ODM experience
+ Overall 5-7 years of experience in SOA and integration space
+ Process, rules & deep IBM ODM solution skills.
+ Expert at generalizing and coding process rules; identify and design repeating people-oriented process-based patterns (for re-use in process applications)
Fluent English is required for this job
