ROR backend developer

We're the team of the geeks working from all over the world and we are looking for skilled RoR developer to join our team and help with realizing new functionality. Project is http://aytm.com/

What do we want from you:

• 2+ years of Ruby on Rails 3.2+
• Development experience
• Knowledgeable in MySQL and SQL query language (ability to write and optimize SQL queries)
• Familiarity with javascript frameworks, JQuery, Node, Backbone
• Proficient understanding of GIT
• Experience working in an Agile environment, GitHub and other collaboration tools (JIRA)

Our development team is Russian-speaking, but we'd like you to be able to chat and speak on English, cause our sales and marketing are in USA.
