Who we are

Toughbyte is a digital services agency with offices in Helsinki and Moscow and clients in Europe and the US. Established in February 2015 by founders with a Russian background, we’ve already grown to more than 15 people.

Our clients include funded startups and established companies launching new ventures. With our help, they are able to release early and iterate often. We save our clients time and money by choosing the right tools for the job and keeping initial features to a minimum, while offering a solid foundation for further development. This means extensive use of third party services and open source libraries combined with a startup minded approach to product design.

Being developers ourselves we have a solid development team with strong technical background and an expanding international customer base. We are growing fast and need you to manage our projects.

What we expect from you

After 3 months

• Get to know our current clients, their stakeholders and our team
• Establish stable development and testing processes in our current projects

After 6 months

• Establish pre-sale processes for new projects
• Set up some automation to make project management more efficient

What skills we expect you to have

• Fluent or advanced spoken English is a must
• An interest in technology, software development and agile methodologies
• Developer, analyst or PM experience in a consultancy or a startup is a plus
• Problem solving skills and proactive attitude
• Strong desire to learn new things
• Most importantly, we want you to be well organized and reliable
