At ezhome, we care about our users and want to delight them every time they interact with our products. We strive to change how people experience gardening and delivering an amazing user experience is the key to disrupt this sleepy $40bn industry.

At ezhome you'll be joining a diverse, world-class group of engineers, designers, and marketers. Our strongest academic ties are with Stanford and University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and prior industry stops for our team members include Google, oDesk (Upwork), VMWare, and EA.

Most of our projects are built with ReactJS, Babel, Webpack, and we're interested in ClojureScript, Immutable.js, Relay and Isomorphic rendering. You will have much freedom in choosing the technologies for the products you will be building.

Job responsibilities:

  • Craft new and improve features
  • Build clean and simple UI
  • Use motion and animation to bring delight to interactions
  • Move the app forward rapidly

Minimum qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of modern Javascript development practices
  • Solid experience building Single-Page Applications
  • Experience working with ReactJS (or significant interest and willingness to learn fast)
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Perfect spoken and written English
  • BS degree in CS or EE

Preferred qualifications:

  • MS or PhD degree in CS or EE
  • Code on github that you could share with us
  • Experience with git, JIRA and unit test frameworks
  • Experience working in remote teams using scrum


This is a remote work in a team of 15 world-class engineers from US, UK, Russia, Ukraine and India. We are very friendly, professional and have diverse backgrounds. We also regularly fly engineers to HQ in Palo Alto.
