Ops Lead

IPONWEB is looking for a candidate to lead the processes of supporting and maintenance of technology services.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Support and maintenance for IPONWEB technology services:
  • Cost management;
  • Service level management;
  • Problem management;
  • Ongoing / operational relations;
  • Monitoring and alerting rules / procedures.
• Technical decisions / development:
  • Fault tolerance;
  • Scalability;
  • Disaster recovery plans;
  • Performance improvements.

We are looking for a person who:

• Is result-oriented;
• Has solid background in UNIX/Linux administration;
• Has solid understanding of configuration management concepts and experience with corresponding tools/approaches;
• Has experience with scripting languages (bash, Python, etc);
• Has people management experience;
• Can write and speak on English.
