• You will be the link between the top management and the development team.
• Growing the company by leading the development team in the right direction for the industry.
• Help defining what technologies should be used and implemented for the areas of: ad serving, real time bidding, big data, data engineering.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Native Russian speaker with fluent English
• Strong programming background
• Great understanding of the business of the ad network
• Knowledge of highly distributed systems that can scale
• Previous leadership experience within an engineering team
• Used to multicultural and multilingual environments.
