Senior Outsourcing Manager

Wargaming is one of the leading MMO game development companies.

Our games rely on multiple services such as portals, payment systems, content distribution systems, user support systems, mobile applications, tech services and more.
Now we are looking to hire an Senior Outsourcing Manager to communicate with outsourcing companies, manage these services, and develop new projects!

Job content:

• Manage vendor relationships in collaboration with business process owners and other risk/compliance groups;
• Participate in the negotiation of contracts, collaboratively with contract owners, vendors, finance and legal teams;
• Create, coordinate and approve with all required participants complete set of contractual documents;
• Ensure vendor contracts continually align to studio/department project and business requirements;
• Assist studio/department to ensure vendor’s performance transparency and provide visibility via reporting as needed;
• Manage and administer a significant amount of outsourcing-specific arrangements and agreements;
• Review and approve vendor invoice. Work with vendor to resolve any invoice discrepancies;
• Work proactively with vendors and process owners.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of service management processes and procedures;
• 3+ years’ of direct experience in IT outsourcing sphere (preferably on both sides);
• Ability to drive clear and consistent messages to peers, subordinates and management with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experienced in managing vendor engagements from inception to contract renewals;
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
