Join the Bookmate team to take part in great adventure of bringing our ebook streaming service all around the world.
About you
You are passionate Android developer with expirience of creating simple and beautiful apps. You are comfortable with the following:
- Android design patterns
- Android SDK
- Understanding of device differences and Android versions
- Speak some English
- At least 1 year of prior experience in Android development
- Most of all, you are ready to get into gear quick and be productive
As a plus:
- You write clean and easy-to-understand code
- You know how to write fast and responsive interfaces
- You’re not afraid of writing unit tests for your code
What you’ll be doing
You’ll get involved into developing of the brand new Bookmate for Android. It has just been released but we have a long way to go and plans to conquer the world!
Practically, this means:
- Work with our mobile team to provide the most amazing reading experiences to end-users
- Brainstorming about new features together with the team
- Loading up with some of the healthiest food you can find in Russia.
Developers have a high degree of autonomy, meaning you’ll be able to make important development decisions by yourself.
