Я лёгкий на подъём и неконфликтный человек. Нравятся как аналитические задачи, так и общение с людьми. Горящих задач и авралов не боюсь, но предпочитаю сделать всё, чтобы проект в этом не оказался.
За карантин привык к удалёнке, но по офисной атмосфере иногда всё же скучаю. Люблю горные лыжи, тренажёрку, коллекционирую Warhammer 40k и Lego.
I am the manager of two front-end development teams. We work on desktop and web applications. My responsibilities include:
1) Direct work with teams:
- Conducting scrum events (daily meetings, plannings, retrospective, etc.)
- Compilation and prioritization of the team backlog
- Consulting developers (from a product point of view) on the implementation of current tasks
2) Project management from the state "There is a vision from the product manager" to its full release:
- Development and validation of requirements with stake holders
- Creation a plan for project implementation, taking into account estimates and external constraints
- Coordination of teams involved in project development
- Identification of dependencies between involved teams
- Monitoring progress
- Acceptance of the result
- Coordination of product launch activities (including work with marketing team, support team, sales team, etc.)
Held the position of an analyst for the first year of work.
After large-scale changes in the company our project remained in operation, but without a manager.
I took over PM duties on my own initiative and eventually moved to this position.
Our project is engaged in the collection, processing and enrichment of data from the company's products.
My responsibilities include control of deadlines, distribution of tasks, administrative functions (maintenance of documents and task tracker), communication with projects for further integration and presentation of the value of our project within the company.
Communication with users and analysis of their business processes. Working to Improve of the existing solution and setting tasks for the developers.
When setting the task - a detailed description of the expected improvement, including:
1) Rationale for revision
2) Description of interaction scenarios with the implemented functionality
3) Description of the necessary improvements in the database and server commands
4) Description of the necessary improvements in the client part of the application (including the interface template)
In Bars Group i worked on a project to implement solution for collecting housing and communal services information from citizens and providers.
I was engaged in setting tasks for the development department, including designing an interface layout and BP model (UML, EPC), testing results, compiling design documentation.
I was also involved in the integration of the implemented solution with another system through web services, namely the description of the logic for collecting and generating a data package for sending.
I also worked on a detailed description of the customer's BP in UML notation, for further use of these schemes when processing a large system module.
Participated in a billing project. Responsibilities included describing a detailed requirements for development, with further testing of the results.
My area of responsibility was reports and web services.
Analysis of hydro power plant equipment condition.
Responsibilities included questioning engineers of hydroelectric power plants, examination of operational documents and inspection of equipment, recording all information and conducting analytics.
The result of my work was visual analytical representations, allowing, with the help of goverment standards, to draw conclusions about the feasibility of repairing/modernizing/replacing power plant equipment.
