My responsibilities:
- Conducting workshops with international shippers, subsequently adapting the customer's requirements into solutions using TRANSPOREON modules (using PRINCE2 as project management method)
- Active participation in the implementation process involving direct contact and constant communication with the customer
- Designing integration scenarios to ERP (the customer's in-house system) in accordance with our product and system architecture
- Maintaining both internal and external communication and coordination of projects during the project implementation phase
- Supervising projects in terms of scope and schedule
- Preparing technical tasks for developers on Redmine
- Reading java code and preparing XML configurations
- Coordinating technical teams and supporting project teams during customer testing (error analysis and solutions design, creation of internal test strategy/test plans)
Accomplishments:
- Successful implementation of 8 projects from start to finish (roll-outs, stand-alone,
enhancement packages)
- Supervision of 10 projects currently in the pipeline
