The HR team at Mirantis is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed HR Manager who will be responsible for building corporate culture, learning program, adaptation and introduction new solutions for russian branch offices. The HR manager will collaborate with Mirantis international talent acquisition team and global HR team. He will foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, and quality-driven results to internal and external customers.
The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline. The best candidate will forge dynamic relationships with business leaders and technical managers. He has a reputation for being exceptional at human resources activities, client management and organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, has an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency.

General HR activities providing ( adaptation, motivation, trainings, etc.);
Local HR process improvement, development and optimization of HR

Relevant experience preferably 3+ years;
Experience in IT company will be a plus;
