.Net Team Lead (web development)

iTechArt Group is looking for a .Net Team Lead for challenging and interesting projects for USA- and Western Europe-based accounts. You will get a chance to participate in project development for a wide range of companies.

• .NET Framework 3.5/4.0/4.5
• HTML5/CSS3, Backbone.js, Knockout.js, jQuery, jQuery Mobile
• ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC4
• WCF/Web API

• Multi-tier, high-load, enterprise-level applications

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects progressing simultaneously
• Participate in pre-sale activities: project estimation, requirements gathering and analysis, taking part in interviews with customers
• Lead team of developers: tasks assignment, control, code review, feedback to developers, team-building
• Improve development team processes and methodologies

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• 3-5 years commercial software engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years web experience
• Experience in .Net (3.5/4.0/4.5) and ASP.NET MVC
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, experience with jQuery, Backbone.js or Knockout.js
• Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
• MSSQL or other SQL-based RDBMS
• Experience in team management, task management, preparing estimations, creating projects plans
• Experience in any Agile methodology
