Senior Java Backend/Full-stack Developer for a Transportation Company

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support software for the transport and travel, passenger logistics industry.
• Ability to acquire a deep understanding of the existing systems functionality and the users’ needs in order to successfully deliver the needed functionalities.
• Take responsibility and ownership of the full development cycle including architectural design and testing.
• Being a good team player within a small and highly productive agile team with a “You build it, you run it” mentality, enthusiasm for excellence and a strong “hands-on” attitude.
• Being able to mentor junior developers and help them get up fast to speed.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or equivalent (this can be reconsidered if you're able to demonstrate a lot of relevant experience).
• Proven experience in server-side development using Java with a solid foundation in object-oriented analysis and design.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills is a hard requirement.
• Experience in client-side web development using Typescript. Angular and/or Vue.js experience will be a plus.
• Experience in relational databases, MySQL being a plus.
• Experience in Spring framework and Spring Boot, microservice architectures and REST API design is a plus.

Full remote through a third-party. 

Non-Ru location preferable (nothing personnel, kid). Three (3) rounds of interview on average. A paid technical/evaluation assignment.
