Industry Analyst Relations Manager

The main mission of this job is to work closely with the internal clients to support business decision process with required information / data. CIA selects the appropriate methodologies and techniques to provide insights to the underlying business issues. CIA participates in the primary regular and ad-hoc customer research projects by developing research tools, analyzing the results and providing reports and recommendations. CIA conducts desk research, helps with data analysis and modeling, develops recommendations on segmentation.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinate the definition of the strategic messaging and storytelling based on the company industry recognitions from reviews from partners, customers and security analysts.
• Defining the positioning for Kaspersky product lines against competitors based on the vendor assessment programs and analyst insights.
• Collaborate in the development of the marketing and communication campaigns leveraging industry recognitions to ensure compliance with the analytical firm’s quotation policies.
• Support strategic advisory services from the analytical firms to advise product marketing and product management to initiate actionable changes to improve market competitiveness.
• Facilitating two-way dialogue between Kaspersky and industry analysts with a goal centered largely to increase awareness for the company and our products and services.

• 5+ years’ experience in roles including Analyst Relations, Product Management, Product Marketing, Strategy, or Consulting
• Previous experience in technical roles is a plus (Pre-sales, Product trainers, etc.)
• Understanding of IT landscape and emerging enterprise technologies and services
• A good knowledge of solutions in at least two of the following cybersecurity areas: Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Network Security, Email & Web Security, Extended Detection & Response (XDR), Threat Intelligence, SIEM and Vulnerability Management, Managed and Professional Security services
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail, a collaborative work style
• Strong writing skills with a focus on business acumen preferred
• Languages: English (upper-intermediate)
