🔍Responsibilities:

• Working with CRM customer.io;
• Full responsibility for the process of creating and conducting email marketing campaigns;
• participate in the creation of a content strategy for advertising and information messages;
• Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design and content) to create compelling emails, in-app and push messages;
• Conduct A/B testing and look for ways to improve CR and Open Rate.
• Collect and segment your user base and create email chains for them;
• Working with designers, manufacturers, analysts;
• conduct regular analysis of key indicators and optimize; strategy taking into account their analysis;
• Retention of players.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as a CRM/Marketing Coordinator;
• Confident knowledge of online casino products;
• At least 1 year of experience working with email, sms, web-push mailings and other instant messengers or as a content manager;
• Understanding of real-time storage methods;
• Experience with graphic editors;
• Time management skills.
