About the Project

The client provides customizable white-label solutions for media trading, offering robust infrastructure to optimize programmatic performance. Leveraging proprietary data and adaptable integrations, the client platform ensures reliable and scalable digital media operations. 

The platform supports bespoke demand and supply-side configurations, fostering innovation and efficiency in ad tech. 

With dedicated infrastructure, low engineering risk, and extensive support, the client empowers clients to achieve rapid market entry and sustained growth.

How We Work

We operate as a fully remote, small team across various locations, leveraging the flexibility of remote work with a focus on accountability and outcomes. As an early-stage company, we're building the core of our future team, prioritizing effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to technological processes and documentation. Despite our geographic spread, we align our working hours with the UK timezone.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop core platform features, APIs, and tests.
• Participate in infrastructure design.
• Engage in CI/CD processes, including deployment, technical metrics analysis, debugging, and performance enhancement.
• Contribute to team workflow maintenance and design, including communication and documentation.

What You'll Need

• At least 3 years of experience building backend services with Go.
• Experience with high-traffic, high-performance applications.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of API design principles.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with TDD.

Nice to Have

• Experience on any aspect of advertising technology
• Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of K8s and Aerospike.
• Experience in building AdTech platforms (DSP, DMP).
