• English level B1 is required (no need for a language exam)

• Support the customer service team in addressing queries and providing clients with detailed information about our services.
• Participate in the organization of webinars and virtual networking events for job seekers and employers.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging articles, blogs, and social media content related to working in the USA.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the job market.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
