If you are tech-savvy, ready to learn and grow as a professional - the FaceApp team is waiting for you! Now we are looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • processing requests received through different channels;
  • working with users on social networks and application stores;
  • classifying, diagnosing and solving user technical problems;
  • escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
  • analysis of technical issues and identification of root causes through logs.

The work of the support team is closely related to the work of the development team. And your task will be, among other things, to create effective communication channels between the teams.

Ожидания от кандидата

Our requirements:

  • analytical mindset, ability to structure and analyze the flow of requests;
  • excellent knowledge of English;
  • ability to read and analyze technical logs;
  • ability to independently solve assigned tasks;
  • communicability, conflict resolution skills;
  • experience in support;
  • active smartphone user, understanding what is happening in the market of mobile devices and applications in general.

Desirable:

  • experience in supporting mobile applications in the App Store and Google Play;
  • experience working in Zendesk.

A plus would be:

  • higher technical education;
  • experience in SMM;
  • interest in process building.
